Redemption Terms & Conditions

Any claim for the redemption of applicable products is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Claims not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are ineligible.

This redemption is valid for eligible products purchased in the promotional period 01/12/2021 to 31/01/2022 from an authorised Xcel-Arc dealer. All redemption forms must be filed online and received by close of business on 14/02/2022.

Any product bought as part of a promotional kit or bundle is ineligible.

You must register your purchase through our website to claim your redemption. Registration is only possible through the registration form on our website https://www.xcelarc.nz/redemptions/. It is not possible to register by mail, fax or e-mail. In order to claim your redemption, you must fill in all your details (address, e-mail, etc.) as per the form and all the mandatory fields.

The registration is not valid in case of missing or incorrect data. The registration is not valid without a purchase invoice or receipt. The invoice should clearly show the purchase date, value of the purchase, items bought & dealers name. A digital photo or a scan is acceptable (jpeg, pdf, png). If the download is not clear or readable, the recording will not be processed. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. If your records are incomplete or incorrect, Esseti NZ Ltd will not contact the reseller or the end customer to collect the correct information. If in case of errors, you contact our customer service, we will do our best to find a solution.

Redemption offers are valid only while stocks last. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for redemption delivery.

Esseti NZ Ltd accepts no responsibility for any lost, misdirected, delayed or misplaced delivery due to incorrectly provided delivery address and/or any absence to sign for the delivery. Esseti NZ Ltd accepts no responsibility for claims not properly completed or received. Claims that are illegible, incomplete or received by the promoter after the closing date are declared void.

Esseti NZ Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim which does not comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to produce the original receipt(s) for a redemption(s) when requested may, in the absolute discretion of Esseti NZ Ltd, result in invalidation of some or all of the claimants’ redemption(s) and forfeiture of any right to some or all redemption item(s). If there is a dispute as to the validity of any redemption(s), Esseti NZ Ltd decision is final and no correspondence will be provided.
